It has carried out as many as 20 test items for battery safety and reliability. The battery testing center conducts battery reliability, safety performance testing and product practical testing in accordance with the requirements of IEC61960-2003, IEC60086-4, IEC621333, UL1642, UN38.3 and other standards.
(1) Safety test:
Thermal shock test, short circuit test, needle test, squeeze test, weight impact test, free jump test, vibration test, overcharge test, high and low temperature cycle test, high altitude simulation test.
(2) Reliability test:
Capacity test, constant heat and humidity test, rate discharge test, high temperature discharge test, low temperature discharge test, charge retention and capacity recovery test, cycle life test, 85℃ storage test.
(3) User experience test:
Starting from the needs and consumption habits of end consumers, and meeting the design requirements of electrical appliances, we conduct application tests on batteries, continue to provide recommendations for subsequent improvements to batteries, and provide customers with the best product cost solutions.
