According to IEA analysis, implementation of the road map to be successful, we need to coordinate the interests of all parties. For example, to ensure that EV and PHEV cost-competitiveness, provide sufficient charging infrastructure and to protect the power supply; attention to the study of users of consumer demand and consumer behavior, enhance data collection and analysis, in order to develop marketing strategies for the foundation and to assist the Government to develop proper industrial policy.
IEA also pointed out in the road map, Governments should strengthen cooperation to ensure the development of coherent direction, while taking the most efficient way to accelerate technological development. Particularly in shared technology research and development, charging infrastructure in areas such as hardware and software resources should be shared, countries discuss lithium material, the supply of rare earth metals and other outstanding issues. In addition, car manufacturers, battery manufacturers, power companies and other stakeholders need to work together with the government to achieve this goal.
